Venison Processing

  • Cooking Instructions:
    • Venison Burritos – fully cooked, just needs to be warmed up!
      • Microwave on high for approx 3 mins (Do not puncture bag!); Pan-Fry, Bake or Grill. Try them smothered with our Venison Chili.
    • Venison Tamales – fully cooked, just needs to be warmed up!
      • Put tamales and sauce in pan on stove until hot
    • Venison Chili – fully cooked, just needs to be warmed up!
      • Put desired amount of chili in pot on stove or microwave.
    • Venison Sloppy Doe – fully cooked, just needs to be warmed up!
      • Put desired amount of Sloppy Doe in pot on stove or microwave.
    • Venison Burgers – *raw product - Grill, Bake or Pan-Fry until cooked completely thru
  • Venison Smoked Sausage & Venison Smoked Sausage Loaf – fully cooked, just needs to be warmed up! Or slice and enjoy with cheese & crackers.
